Nutrition Services
Have you ever heard the saying “you are what you eat”?
It’s true that nutrition plays an important part in your health,
well-being, and longevity. Not only can what you eat affect how you feel
day-to-day, it can also impact your ability to fight off acute illness
and prevent chronic diseases like diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Whether your goal is weight loss, staying healthy or managing a chronic
disease, our staff of dietitians is here to help! We offer a variety of
programs and cover a wide range of topics including nutrition for a healthy
weight, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, disordered eating and gastrointestinal
diseases, as well as healthy eating on a budget, eating well when dining
out and mindful eating.
Registered dietitians offer a variety of programs to suit any learning
style and schedule.
