To complete the application and assessment:

– NC – Hickory – positions will list to the right-hand
side, click on the position(s) you are applying for – proceed to
registration for new applicants or returning candidates if you have applied
previously – Talent Science People Answers account setup
Assessment – Is a two part process – The first part is a 10
minute timed assessment and the second part is untimed. You will need
approximately 40 minutes to complete the assessment process.

Please attach a required cover letter and resume and upload as one document
to your online application.

Apply for each Allied Health position in which you are interested
Adding positions to your current application:
Log into your Talent Science - People Answers account. Your information
will transfer over and you may add new positions to your application
To update demographic information:

Employment Requirements:

Graduate of a state approved and accredited allied health program

Registration or certification in your area of study

Two reference requests (Reference Request Form)
Next steps:
Directors will review applications and approve the candidates for the interview
process. Some new graduates are hired into full-time positions while others
may be hired on an as needed basis as Registry. Registry employees may
then apply for full-time positions as they become available in the hospital.
Candidates who have completed the application process and submitted all
applicable documentation are eligible to be considered for interview.
