Baby Walk & Talk

Happy Fall! Time to bring yourself and your baby(s) out for a walk at our track on Tuesday mornings @ 9:30am for some fresh air, sunshine, exercise, and enjoyment of the great outdoors. Mothers-to-be, you are welcome to walk with us too!

Staff will greet you there and get you started.

Don't forget to bring a beverage and snack, a hat for shade, and baby stroller or carrier.

Our walking track is located in front of the hospital, to the right as you enter from the front entrance. Park in our visitor lot across from the Center for Rehabilitation. Meet under the large shade trees.

Register to attend so we can remind you to come and can contact you if we have a change in plan due to weather or other concerns.
