Victor grew up along the coast of North Carolina. He graduated from West Carteret High School and went on to attend Watts School of Nursing, where he obtained a nursing degree in 1996. He then attended The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1997. After graduating from UNCG, Victor worked for five years at Durham Regional Hospital as an Emergency Department Nurse. He studied at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained his Family Nurse Practitioner and Master of Science in Nursing in 2001. Victor has worked in Family Medicine and has over 17 years of experience in Orthopedics.
Victor is married and has four children. He enjoys spending much of his free time with his family, cooking, being outdoors, and serving in church activities.
