Dr. Glenn, a native of Greer, SC, obtained his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and obtained his Family Medicine residency training in Fort Worth, TX at John Peter Smith Hospital. He served in the US Air Force in Reserves and active duty for 3 years at Dyess Air Force Base during Desert Storm. He practiced an additional 2 years in rural Tennessee before relocating to Hickory in 1993 where he has served his patients for 23 years and participated many years in clinical studies.
