Dr. Justin Sullivan is a board-certified internal medicine physician licensed in North Carolina. A native of western North Carolina, he holds undergraduate degrees in economics and chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He earned his medical degree from the Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010, followed by an internship at Saint Petersburg General Hospital and residencies at both Mayo Clinic Hospital and CMC Blue Ridge. To further expand his leadership capabilities, Dr. Sullivan also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Currently, Dr. Sullivan serves as Associate Chief Medical Officer and Director of Hospital Medicine, Palliative Care, and Neurology. He is deeply committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective healthcare and is recognized for his leadership, mentorship, and dedication to patient-centered care. In addition to his administrative roles, he remains active in clinical practice, helping to guide and support care teams.
Dr. Sullivan has returned to serve the community where he was born and raised. He lives in western North Carolina with his wife, Leslie, and their two daughters.
