Prior to completing his fellowship in interventional cardiology and residency in internal medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Dr. Dy completed his medical degree at the Emilio Aguinaldo College of Medicine, DeLaSalle University and his internship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania.
