Dr. Diamonti joined Gastroenterology Associates of Catawba Valley in August 2025. He is a board-certified gastroenterologist with 23 years’ experience and a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology. Most recently, Dr. Diamonti practiced in the Boone area. Prior to that, he was a physician with Gastroenterology Associates in Hickory for 18 years. Dr. Diamonti received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in New York and his medical degree from the State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn. He completed his residency and fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta.
