Dr. Ransom has more than 20 years of professional experience as a Board Certified Occupational Medicine Physician providing injury care to various industries. She works with employers in prevention and helps transition injured workers back to their regular job duties. She is a DOT Certified Medical Examiner, USCIS Civil Surgeon and Independent Medical Examiner.
Prior to completing residencies in occupational medicine and family medicine from the University of Pittsburgh, University of Cincinnati and Akron General Hospital, Dr. Ransom completed her medical degree at the Ohio School of Osteopathic Medicine. She also completed an internship at Cuyahoga Falls Medical Center.
Dr. Ransom is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and American Osteopathic College of Occupational and Preventive Medicine.
