After receiving his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School, Dr. Witke completed his family practice residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria at Methodist Medical Center.
He is board certified in Family Medicine. Prior to joining the group in 2009, he practiced in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin for 6 years. Licensed by the State of North Carolina Board of Medicine, he is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is NCQA certified in Diabetes Care, Cardiovascular and Stroke Care.
When he is away from work, Dr. Witke enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and homeschooling his children.
