Annette is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in 1986. After 24 years working as a Registered Nurse in many clinical settings, such as critical care, hemodialysis, and long-term care, she attended Oregon Health & Science University and graduated with a Master of Nursing degree in Nursing Education/Gerontology in 2012. Subsequently, she obtained a post-Master's certificate as an FNP from the University of Cincinnati in 2020. Annette is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). Whenever family schedules align, she enjoys sailing, traveling, and spending time with her husband Dave, and daughter Rachel.
