Prior to completing her residency at Wake Forest University in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Whitton completed her medical degree at St. Louis University.
She is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the
American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
Her clinical interests include minimally invasive surgery techniques (including daVinci Robotic Surgery), surgical and nonsurgical management of pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence. She places a strong emphasis on preventive care and making healthy lifestyle choices.
Dr. Whitton is an avid equestrian and adores her husband and two boys who are active in soccer and scouting.
