CVMC Staff to Speak at Women's Leadership Conference

Catawba Valley Medical Center is excited to be the Presenting Sponsor for this year’s Catawba Chamber Women’s Leadership Conference!

Join us on Tuesday, Nov. 14 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hickory Metro Convention Center. Featured speakers will be Myra McDonough and Patti Moore, Health Coaches within CVMC’s Wellness Department. The topic for the presentation will be “Holiday Thrive Guide – How to Thrive, Not Just Survive, the Holiday Season.”

Myra and Patti will draw on their many years of health and wellness experience to share how the holiday season does not have to be the most stressful time of the year. In an entertaining, interactive presentation, they will share practical strategies to help women develop and keep healthy methods to manage all the trials and temptations that come with the holidays.
