Water Strength – Aquatic Resistance Training

Build strength in a joint-friendly, supportive environment using the natural resistance of water. Water Strength is a multi-level aquatic class that focuses on improving muscular strength and endurance using water resistance and a variety of aquatic tools.

This class is designed to challenge muscles while remaining low-impact and easy on the joints.
