A gentle, low-impact class designed to improve balance, flexibility, and mobility. Using slow, flowing movements, Tai Chi helps reduce arthritis pain and stiffness while enhancing overall well-being. Perfect for beginners and those looking to improve their joint health. All weekly classes are included with membership or visit as a guest for $8 per class or $35 for a 5 visit punch card.
