Strength & Balance
DESCRIPTION
A low-impact class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance, specifically for older adults. Using light weights and bodyweight exercises, this class helps enhance mobility, prevent falls, and build overall strength in a safe, supportive environment. All weekly classes are included with membership or visit as a guest for $8 per class or $35 for a 5 visit punch card.
