Pain Management
DESCRIPTION
How it works
2 days per week
• Learn how to exercise safely and effectively in the pool
• Use water-based movement to support pain management
• Sessions are directed and monitored by an Exercise Physiologist
This program is designed to be continued beyond the initial 6 weeks as part of a long-term movement routine.
Who this program is for
• Individuals with chronic pain
• Those returning to exercise after injury or medical concerns
• Anyone seeking a low-impact, joint-friendly approach to movement
Cost & Requirements
• Fitness Plus membership required
• $25 program registration fee
• Non-members may enroll with a short-term membership option for $90
