Childbirth Education Class Series – Understanding Birth
DESCRIPTION
Our Understanding Birth Class Series is facilitated and taught by a CVMC Registered Nurse and offers essential information on labor and delivery, comfort techniques, medical procedures, cesarean birth, and newborn and postpartum care. It also highlights different ways partners can help throughout the process. A tour of the Birthing Center is also included. A $50.00 registration fee covers the complete series of four (4) classes per couple. Each series meets monthly on Wednesdays from 6:00pm-8:00pm. All classes meet in The POD located on the Entry Level of the Pavilion, Center for Women and Children. Monthly series options are listed below.
