Aquarobics
DESCRIPTION
A fun, high-energy water workout that combines aerobic exercises with resistance training to improve cardiovascular health, strength, and endurance. This class offers a full-body workout in the pool, perfect for all fitness levels and easy on the joints. All weekly classes are included with membership or visit as a guest for $8 per class or $35 for a 5 visit punch card.
