for the presentation will be "Holiday Thrive Guide - How to Thrive,

to share how the holiday season does not have to be the most stressful
time of the year. In an entertaining, interactive presentation, they will
share practical strategies to help women develop and keep healthy methods
to manage all the trials and temptations that come with the holidays.
