Catawba Valley Medical Center Recognizes December 2011 CARE Employee

HICKORY, NC – Catawba Valley Medical Center recognized Matthew Lancaster, Attendant II in the Radiological Imaging Department, as the December 2011 CARE employee.

Following are remarks offered in nominating Matthew: “Matt is friendly, respectful and caring. He puts the patients’ needs first all the time, every time. Matt always has a positive attitude and is polite to all patients, families and co-workers. “A patient made a comment the other day, ‘It is nice to wake up to someone with a smile on their face for you.’” Congratulations, Matthew!
