Luredean Hamilton Brandon, MD, Joins Catawba Valley Medical Group

HICKORY, NC—Luredean Hamilton Brandon, MD, joined Catawba Valley Medical Group March 7, 2011. Brandon completed her residency at Duke-FAHEC Family Medicine in Fayetteville, NC, in 1997, received her Doctor of Medicine Degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine in 1994, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1990, from NC Central University.

As a professional, Brandon has worked at Caldwell Memorial Hospital and Novant Health Services as the Associate Staff Physician. She provided emergency care in the local community. Additionally, Brandon worked for Cleveland Medical Regional Medical Center, Phyamerican Physician Services, Hoke Family Medical Center, and the 7236th Medical Support Unit for the United States Army.

Brandon has held her North Carolina medical license since 1997. She is board certified in Family Medicine, and a member of the North Carolina Academy of Family Physicians, North Carolina Medical Society, and American Medical Association. In her spare time, Brandon enjoys photography, sporting events, and spending time with her family and friends. We are proud to have her as a member of our staff.
