Catawba Valley Medical Center Recognizes March 2011 CARE Employee

HICKORY, NC – Catawba Valley Medical Center recognized Stacey Murphy, Speech Language Pathologist in the Rehabilitation Services Department, as the March CARE employee.

Following are remarks offered in nominating Stacey: “Whether it is working with pediatric patients in the NICU, geriatric patients in outpatient rehabilitation, or providing cross-coverage for acute or inpatient rehabilitation, Stacey is always smiling. She has an amazing ability to switch communication styles to meet the needs of babies, young children, adults and senior citizens, while being courteous, positive, and enthusiastic about her job. Her cheerful attitude is contagious and she truly epitomizes what it means to C.A.R.E.”
