Catawba Valley Medical Center Recognizes April 2011 CARE Employee

HICKORY, NC—Catawba Valley Medical Center recognizes Nora Buxton, Manager of Fairgrove Primary Health, as the April 2011 CARE award recipient.

Following are remarks offered in nominating Nora: “Nora is truly one in a million. As an employee, she has gone above and beyond her duties. As a manager, she is fair and honest. As a health giver, she makes sure the patient’s needs are met.” “She works well under pressure and is always willing to do anything necessary to resolve issues with patients, staff, or computers.” “Nora shows enthusiasm for the clinics and the care we provide. She always has a smile and a positive attitude. She also speaks Spanish, which is a huge plus!”
