Catawba Valley Medical Center Announces 2010 Board Officers, New Trustee

HICKORY–Catawba Valley Medical Center (CVMC) recently announced the addition of Billy Price, MD, to its Board of Trustees, according to J. Anthony Rose, president and CEO of the medical center. “We are very pleased that these key community citizens will lend their leadership and expertise as board members as Catawba Valley Medical Center continues to serve area citizens with quality healthcare,” said Rose.

Dr. Price, who practices at Catawba Valley Internal Medicine in Hickory, was pleased to become a Board Trustee at CVMC. “I continue to be extremely proud of CVMC’s vision and mission for the Catawba Valley and Unifour area. I have had the opportunity to observe first-hand the administration and staff excel in challenging times through having served previously during eight great years at the institution. I look forward to serving during a time of expected healthcare changes, knowing that CVMC will continue to provide exceptional care to Catawba Valley residents,” Dr. Price said.
