Attendant II in Day Surgery, as the November 2009 CARE employee.
Ms. Thayer was nominated by fellow employees whose remarks included: “Juanita

motion, looking for ways to be helpful.” “She thanks you for
bringing her work—now that is amazing!” “She enjoys
what she does and it shows with everything she does for her patients and
