Lamaze Class

Lamaze-certified instructors offer this series of 4 classes (4/14/20, 4/21/20, 4/28/20 and 5/5/20) which includes a tour of the Birthing Center. Expectant parents should register for classes early in the second trimester of pregnancy with the goal to complete the series 30 days prior to your due date. The fee for the series is $50 per couple. Please bring 2-bed pillows with you to the first class.
