HICKORY, NC – Catawba Valley Medical Center recognized Vicki Ball,
Unit Secretary in the Ortho/Neuro Department, as the November 2012 CARE Employee.
Following are remarks offered in nominating Vicki: “Vicki is the
most professional unit secretary I know. She is always smiling and happy
to be ‘busy.’ Vicki greets each person and patient as they
roll off the elevator and ‘welcomes’ them to the fourth floor.
She is the epitome of customer service.” Congratulations, Vicki!
